The practice of lazy braised rice
Cut the chicken into small pieces, add scallions, marinate with ginger slices and cooking wine.
Cut potatoes, carrots, onions, and shiitake mushrooms into diced pieces.
Open a large fire and put a little oil.
Place the marinated chicken in the pan.
Stir fry a little bit, add soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt and sugar.
After stir-frying, add carrots, potatoes, mushrooms and onions.
Stir-fry for 30 seconds and add the right amount of water.
