Bean products sometimes take a little thought can turn into a delicious wine dish, like this homemade spicy dried bean curd. Cut an old tofu into equal-sized tofu pieces. Then press for an hour to turn it into tofu dry. Bake for 20 minutes and soak in brine. Then bake, so that a plate of spicy tofu is done.
