Mulberry is also known as mulberry, mulberry sugarcane, mulberry jujube, mulberry fruit, mulberry bubble, mulberry, etc.  Mulberry is harvested when the fruit is mature from April to June every year in China. It can be used to make mulberry wine which is we talk about today.

In China, the farmer likes ripe fresh mulberry to eat but it is hard to save if they don’t have a refrigerator.  So most of them like to use it to make wine.  Mulberry wine is a new type of fruit wine. How To Make Homemade Mulberry Wine

Step 1: Wash Mulberries

Firstly, we should wash mulberries. We use 250g fresh mulberries for this wine. Then put the mulberries into the water. Add 1 tablespoon corn starch into the water and stir gently. The corn starch can help us to clean the dirt from the mulberries. Because the mulberries are easy to break that we should wash them gently.
