How to make eggplant clay pot?
Step 1
Slice the tofu.
Step 2
Cut the eggplant into pieces and sprinkle starch on it. And then mix evenly.
Step 3
Put the eggplant in the pan and fry it. When the eggplants turns to golden, take out for later use.
Step 4
Fry tofu until the both sides of it are golden, and take out for later use.
Step 5
Add two spoons of light soy sauce, two spoons of balsamic vinegar, half a spoon of dark soy sauce, one spoon of oyster sauce, salt, sugar, chicken essence, and starch.
Step 6
Add water and stir evenly.
Step 7
Pour pork belly in the pan and fry.
Step 8
Add green onion, ginger, garlic, and bean paste to stir-fry.
Step 9
Spread tofu and eggplants.
Step 10
Pour in the sauce, simmer for a minute, and sprinkle with green onion, ginger, millet chili.
