How to make delicious shrimp and pumpkin dumplings
The wheat flour and dough are fermenting.
Scrape off the skin of the pumpkin and remove the flesh.
Grate the pumpkin. Sprinkle a little salt, stir evenly and marinate for about 10 minutes to drain the water.
Squeeze out the water.
Remove the skin of the headless shrimp and pick out the shrimp thread.
Return the shrimp to the knife, add oil, soy sauce, monosodium glutamate, green onion and ginger and mix thoroughly.

Put the filling in the middle of the dumpling wrapper.

Add water to a boil, and boil the dumplings.The melon and shrimp fillings are better cooked, just add cold water once or twice after boiling.
