Banana Leaf Beggar’s Chicken

Step 1
Chicken plucking and washing (the process is very long), open the mouth from the chicken buttocks to remove the internal organs, remove the chicken buttocks, and tie the chicken feet. Wash banana leaves, dried, prepare several leaves for backup.
Step 2
Preparation, dried shiitake mushrooms, soak in water, wash, and cut to pieces. Wash the lotus seeds with core water. Ginger slices, green onions (knotted a few more, put in the chicken belly), chopped star anise, chopped fragrant leaves
Step 3

Marinate for 2 hours

Put in the yellow mud before and spread it evenly
