The Lotus Leaf Soup

The lotus leaf soup is a dish, the main material is fresh lotus. The delicious taste comes from Dream of the Red chamber written by Cao Xueqin.

How To Make The Lotus Leaf Soup

Step 1

Prepare the carrots and collect the fresh lotus leaves;

Step 2

Extrude the carrot juice and lotus leaf juice respectively;

Step 3

Make the dough: it can be kneaded into orange, light green and primary color;

Step 4

Pull the dough into bean size;

Step 5

Step 6
