I usually like to eat grilled mushrooms, but it is fried food. Try to eat as little as possible, so it is better to mainly stir-fry. But if it is fried directly in the pan, the fried dishes will have a lot of soup, which will dilute the taste of the dishes, and they will taste wet and watery, and tasteless. In fact, it is very simple to solve this problem. Before the mushrooms are fried in the pan, they should be boiled in water and then squeezed out the boiling water. Then, when they are fried in the pan, there is no soup in the vegetables, and the mushrooms are chewy. Add some salt and pepper to enhance the flavor. If you add some cumin, it will taste like barbecue.
