The Warm Mutton Soup

The warm mutton soup is a dish, mainly made of mutton, chili oil, pepper noodles, salt, etc., with white juice, fat but not greasy, no smell of mutton. It has its own local famous food in all parts of the country.

How To Make The Warm Mutton Soup

Step 1

Wash the mutton, add a little salt, ginger and water. Remove the froth.

Put the seasoning in the gauze and wrap it. Put them in the pot together. Add salt and water to start stewing. I use a pressure cooker. Turn off the fire after pressing for 20 minutes.
