The Stewed Pork Tripe with Hair-like Seaweed Soup

The stewed pork tripe with hair-like seaweed soup is a simple but delicious dish.

How To Make The Stewed Pork Tripe with Hair-like Seaweed Soup

Step 1

Remove the oil film from the tip of pork tripe, soak it in water for 30 minutes, cut it into slices, put it into a boiling pot, blanch it and drain it

Step 2

Mix 10g Shaoxing wine with the tips of the stomach, marinate slightly, soak the hair in clear water for 5min, squeeze out the water, put it in the boiling water pot and boil it for a while, marinate 5g Shaoxing wine and 1.5g MSG to taste

Step 3

Put the tasty tripe on one side of the soup bowl, and the tasty seaweed on the other side of the soup bowl

Step 4

Boil the chicken soup, add white soy sauce and MSG, pour them into the stomach tip and seaweed bowl, and pour them with sesame oil
