The Salt Crisp Pig Feet

The salt crisp pig feet is a delicious dish which is popular in Sichuan Province.

How To Make The Salt Crisp Pig Feet

Step 1

Cut the pig’s feet into pieces, scald them in boiling water, wash and set aside.

Step 2

Mix the pig’s feet with some soy sauce, tomato sauce and other materials in the pot (except onion and pepper), and marinate for about 2 hours.

Step 3

Take out the pig’s feet and dry them, then put them into the hot oil and fry them in a big fire.

Step 4

Dice the green onion and pepper. Stir in the pig’s feet. Mix the pepper. Cut into small pieces and put them on the plate.
