How to make the Roti prata apple pie
Step 1.
Defrost roti prata naturally until slightly soft, then take three sheets and fold them together, roll them out into a large round sheet of the same size.
Step 2.
Dice the apples.
Step 3.
Heat the butter in a saucepan until melted. Add the apples and sugar and stir well.
Step 4.
Make a starch paste with water and cornstarch. Pour into a wok and stir fry the apples until mushy. Turn off the heat and let cool.
Step 5.
Spread the apple filling evenly over the crust.
Step 6.
Take another piece of roti prata skin, roll it out slightly with a rolling pin, cut it into strips, weave it like this, and then pinch it all around.
Step 7.
Brush with egg mixture and place in a 180℃ preheated oven. Bake in the middle layer for about 15 minutes.
