The Roast Duck Porridge with Preserved Eggs

The Roast duck porridge with preserved eggs is made of preserved egg, roast duck, rice, salt, edible oil, white pepper, etc. it belongs to home cooking. The preserved egg has the functions of moistening throat, removing heat, sobering up and so on.

How To Make The Roast Duck Porridge with Preserved Eggs

Step 1

You can use your homemade roast duck, or you can buy the roast duck for takeaway, and slice it for later use.

Step 2

Wash and soak the rice according to the amount of porridge for a while, add a few drops of olive oil or sesame oil into the water. The porridge cooked in this way is more delicious and easy to cook.

Step 3
