The Preserved Lemon Fruit

The preserved lemon fruit is common in our daily life. We know that lemon is a common fruit, known as the king of vitamin C, and its vitamin C content is very high.

Tips:

  1. The curing time is determined by yourself. If you like sweet taste, you can marinate it for a while. I make it sour,so I cured it a little longer;
  2. Can bottle can be used without honey bucket;
  3. You can use an oven without a radiator.
