When I was a child, I loved Matcha nougat, and I fell in love with the fragrance of Matcha when I grew up. It’s tough candy with the crisp smell of peanuts and the freshness of Matcha. It’s really hard to stop biting off your lips and teeth to keep the fragrance!
How To Make The Matcha Nougat
Step 1
Put the peanuts into the wok, stir fry them, peel them, put them in the preservation bag and roll them into peanuts pieces with a rolling pin
Step 2
Melt the butter in the wok, then add the marshmallow, stir until the butter and marshmallow are completely blended
Step 3
Add milk powder, Matcha powder and peanuts, stir until well combined
Step 4
The food box is wrapped with silicone oil paper to imitate adhesion
Step 5
Put the sugar into the lunch box, flatten the surface, and cool for 30 minutes
