The Mashed Potatoes with Soy Sauce

The mashed potatoes with soy sauce is a dish, the main raw materials are potatoes, tenderloin, lettuce and so on.

How To Make The Mashed Potatoes with Soy Sauce

Step 1

Mix the shredded meat with cooking wine and starch, marinate for 10 minutes, put oil in the pot, stir fry the shredded meat when it is 70% hot.

Step 2

Stir fry the shredded meat into white color and put into the sauce (I use the spicy sauce). Stir the sauce and shredded meat together and then add a bowl of water.

Step 3

Keep stirring with the spoon in one direction to prevent burning. When the soup is thick and dish up.
