The Fish Head and Tofu Soup with Pickled Cabbage

The fish head and tofu soup with pickled cabbage is a dish made of fish head and tofu. Tofu contains more calcium, while fish meat contains vitamin D. the combination of the two can increase the absorption rate of calcium by many times with the help of vitamin D in fish.

How To Make The Fish Head and Tofu Soup with Pickled Cabbage

Step 1

First fry the fish head with oil. Reduce the heat and oil. (the stewed soup is white.).

Step 2

Put some cooking wine, onion, ginger and water to stew the fish head into white soup

Step 3

Put the tofu and stew again. Put the pickled cabbage in before leaving the pot

Step 4

Out of the pot in ten minutes. There’s salt in the pickled cabbage, so there’s no need to put any salt.If you like to eat spicy,you can put some stamp pepper, the taste is also very good.
