The Crystal Moon Cake

The crystal moon cake is the traditional festival food of Mid Autumn Festival. Crystal moon cake looks like crystal. It tastes smooth and looks crystal clear. Crystal moon cakes can be made by yourself, making a snack of love for your family and friends, and adding a touch of delicacy to your world.

How To Make The Crystal Moon Cake

Step 1

Add 300 grams of boiled water, add 40 grams of sugar, stir well until the sugar dissolves.

Step 2

6g agar is soaked in cold water, added with appropriate amount of water, heated to agar to dissolve, and poured into step one. Stir to make it mixed evenly. Then pour into the mold at its one third place.

Step 3

Refrigerate the mold for a few minutes. When the surface is slightly solidified, add the kneaded bean balls, and then pour the remaining agar water into the mold until it is full. Refrigerate the mold.

Step 4

After solidification, it can be eaten. Use the toothpick to turn around slightly, and then buckle the mold upside down to release the mold easily.
