The crispy black sesame and small twist is fragrant.I don’t like the greasiness of twist in the 18th Street. I made it by myself. I especially like this kind of dry, crispy, fragrant, crunchy taste. The more you chew, the more fragrant it is. It’s a good snack for leisure.
How To Make The Crispy Black Sesame and Small Twist
Step 1
Flour, sugar, 20g vegetable oil, baking soda, black sesame and water in a pot
Step 2
Knead into a dough
Step 3
Round it and break it into 12 grams of small dosage forms. I made 23
Step 4
Rub it a little longer and wait for 3 minutes
Step 5
Rub for a little longer and wake up for 3 minutes. If you don’t wake up and continue to rub the dough, the gluten will retract
Step 6
Twist into a long strip of about 45cm
Step 7
Fold in half and hold one end with your left hand
Step 8
Twist the right hand outwards into a twist
Step 9
Then fold it in half and repeat the previous step to close it tightly
Step 10
Twist them all into small pieces
Step 11
Heat a proper amount of oil in the pot. It doesn’t cost much to fry. It can consume up to 30ml of oil at most. The oil is also very clear. There’s no problem in making dishes after filtration in the near future
Step 12
Fry until golden yellow. If you like it crispy, fry it for a while. When it’s cool, it will make you crunchy. I can’t eat it in a fresh-keeping bag and keep it sealed. I can eat it all the time.
