The Coix Seed and Millet Soup

How To Make The Coix Seed and Millet Soup

Step 1

Soak coix seed in cold water overnight. In the morning, put the water with job’s tears into the pot, and boil for 2 to 3 hours after the pot is opened.

Step 2

Then put the millet and dates in the pot for another hour or longer. If there is less water in the middle of the soup, add some more water.
