How To Make The Chocolate Ice Cream Moon Cake
Step 1
Two small boxes of chocolate (I threw the box after I finished making it, now I forget how many grams of it) and heated them to paste through water.
Step 2
Pour the chocolate paste into one-third of the jelly mold and brush all around the mold. Refrigerate for a few minutes.
Step 3
Scoop the ice cream into a chocolate coated mold and press it down.
Step 4
Finally, cover the ice cream with the remaining chocolate and refrigerate for half an hour.
