The Chocolate Ice Cream Moon Cake

The chocolate ice cream moon cake is a dessert, the main ingredient is dark chocolate, ingredients are milk, cream, sugar and so on. The dessert is mainly made by baking.

How To Make The Chocolate Ice Cream Moon Cake

Step 1

Two small boxes of chocolate (I threw the box after I finished making it, now I forget how many grams of it) and heated them to paste through water.

Step 2

Pour the chocolate paste into one-third of the jelly mold and brush all around the mold. Refrigerate for a few minutes.

Step 3

Scoop the ice cream into a chocolate coated mold and press it down.

Step 4

Finally, cover the ice cream with the remaining chocolate and refrigerate for half an hour.
