The Braised Sea Cucumber with Scallion

The braised sea cucumber with scallion is a Chinese food and a classic Shandong dish. From the source of Shandong Province, sea cucumber and shallot are the main ingredients. Sea cucumber is fresh, soft, fragrant and smooth, with thick scallion section, and there is no residual juice after eating. It is one of the eight treasures of ancient and modern times. It has a mellow fragrance, rich nutrition, nourishing the lungs and kidney.

On September 10, 2018, “Chinese cuisine” was officially released, “braised sea cucumber with Scallion” was rated as the top ten classic dishes in Shandong Province.
