I use the black sesame and red dates soup with the seed of Job’s tears as breakfast and drink, kill two birds with one stone and save time.
How To Make The Black Sesame and Red Dates Soup with the Seed of Job’s Tears
Wash the seed of job’s tears and soak for 10 minutes;
Put the seed of the job’s tears and water into the pot, boil, turn the heat to a low temperature and cook for another half an hour;
Put in red dates and cook for 5-10 minutes (depending on the size, hardness and taste of the red dates);
Add a tablespoon of black sesame powder (the amount can be determined according to your own taste) to the bowl. If you have plantain powder (a kind of fiber) at home, you can also put a small spoon. Then spoon job’s tears and red dates soup into the bowl, scoop up one or two red dates, stir evenly, and cool for 5 minutes.
