The Beef Tripe with Three Kinds of Vegetables

The beef tripe with three kinds of vegetables is a colorful dish in China.

How To Make The Beef Tripe with Three Kinds of Vegetables

Step 1

Cut the garlic sprouts into sections. Slice the red pepper and the cooked bamboo shoots. Slice the tripe head, tripe and omasum, mix 15g of wet starch into the paste.

Step 2

Add rapeseed oil to the wok and heat it up, then add the garlic, cooked bamboo shoots and pepper slices and stir fry slightly.

Step 3

Add the cooked tripe, tripe,omasum, soy sauce, sugar, vinegar and salt, stir fry thoroughly, add MSG, thicken with wet starch, pour sesame oil, and then dish.
