Firstly, wash 150g pork liver with some water. If you like to eat pork liver, you can add more. Or if you dislike it, you can use less pork liver.

Step 2: Cut Pork Liver And Clean Meat Smell

Now we should cut the pork liver into 3mm thin slices with a knife. Then add 1/2 tablespoon salt into the pork liver and grab it about twenty times. We can add more salt if the liver still has a more meat smell. It can help us to clean the meat smell. Then use water to wash the pork liver. Drain and save it for later.

Now we can cook pork liver soup. Pour 1 l of water into the pan. Then add 2 slices of ginger, 1/4 teaspoon light soy sauce, pork liver into the pan. Cook it for 1 minute.
