  • wash 150g pork liver with some water.
  • Now we should cut the pork liver into 3mm thin slices with a knife. Then add 1/2 tablespoon salt into the pork liver and grab it about twenty times.
  • Add 1/2 tablespoon corn starch to marinate the pork liver for 10 minutes.
  • When the pork liver is marinating, we can wash 250g spinach for later use.
  • After 10 minutes, add some water and 5 slices of ginger into the pan. Cook the water to boil and then add the pork liver to blanch. After the pork liver turns white, drain and save it for later.
  • After blanching pork liver, we should blanch spinach. Firstly, add some water into the pan and cook it to boil. Then add the spinach to blanch. After the spinach become cooked, then drain and save it for later.
  • Now we can cook pork liver soup. Pour 1 L water into the pan. Then add 2 slices of ginger, 1/4 teaspoon light soy sauce, pork liver into the pan. Cook it for 1 minute.
  • After 1 minute, add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon lard oil, 1/4 teaspoon white pepper into the pan. Then add the spinach and cook it for 2 minutes.
