Spicy Beef Tendon

Spicy Beef Tendon

Chinese spicy beef tendon is a dish that everyone can eat if you like the hot and spicy style. But our recipe is based on simple progress for you to enjoy this food. If you don’t like the spicy and hot style, please don’t add chili oil and Szechuan red peppercorn flavored oil to the recipe.

I usually eat a little pepper because I think it’s fragrant. Although this spicy tendon cook for some people around the world, I don’t add it to this recipe. If you can eat pepper, just add some.

The bean paste is a good thing. It can not only brighten the dishes with red but also flavor. But the taste is not very spicy. It can also be accepted by people who do not eat hot peppers. It can be said that it is a universal sauce for most people.

The beef tendon is really hard to cut if you don’t have a good knife. Just find a great knife to cut it in your kitchen.
