Salted Egg Yolk Tofu

Tofu is really a well-known ingredient. It has been invented in the Han dynasty, which has a long history until BC, and it has become a symbol of the world’s understanding of China like “porcelain, silk, tea”. In the heart of people who love food, tofu is well done, just like any meat. However, there are many types of tofu, I wonder if you are all clear? The common tofu on the market is divided into northern tofu, southern tofu, lactone tofu and Japanese tofu.Let’s talk about the tofu method, the common cooking methods in the kitchen can be used to make tofu. If you like to eat heavy flavors, it is recommended to braise, fish flavor, Mapo, sweet and sour; if you like to eat light taste, then cook soup, cold salad, steamed or soup.I have made Mapo tofu, spicy and spicy, especially rice, and it is the representative of Sichuan cuisine; I have also made braised tofu, first fried and then burned, sweet and sour, delicious, suitable for all ages. My mom’s friend recently mailed us salted duck eggs from Guangxi. I was worried about how to solve it. I suddenly thought of a method of making tofu called Jinsha tofu. Less oil and less salt, and no duck protein is wasted. The freshness of tofu and the scent of duck egg yolk are perfectly integrated.
