How to make Purple sweet potato or red bean Chinese pearl barley coicis porridge

Step 1

After washing red beans and Chinese pearl barley coicis, I soaked them for several hours. I soaked them for about five hours in the afternoon.

Step 2

Add rice, purple potatoes (cut into small pieces), red beans and Chinese pearl barley coicis, bring to a boil, turn to a low heat and cook for about 40 to 50 minutes.

Cooking techniques

I do dishes at will, without too many rules and regulations. When and how much I should eat, I can just watch it by myself. There is no noodle alkali in this porridge.
