Peanut and Sesame Bun

Food is not divided into levels, whether it is in the hotel or street food, as long as you like it is food. For those who love food, it is not just a taste enjoyment, but also a kind of spiritual enjoyment. Today I will share with my favorite food– peanut and sesame bun. So how to make peanut and sesame bun? Let’s take a look today.

How to Make Peanut and Sesame Bun

Step 1

Prepare and weigh all the ingredients, including 500 grams of flour, 250 grams of warm water, 4 grams of yeast and 200 grams of peanut and sesame filling. Mix flour with yeast powder. Then, slowly pour in warm water and stir with chopsticks into a floc while pouring.

Step 2

Knead the dough until the surface is smooth. Cover with lid or plastic wrap and leave to warm to ferment to twice the size. Dip the flour on the index finger, poke a hole in the middle. If the hole does not collapse or retract, or you can see that the dough has become honeycomb in the middle of the dough, it means the dough is fermented.

Step 3

Knead the fermented dough until the surface is smooth. Cut into the dough of the same size. There are no obvious bubbles at the cut surface of the sliced dough. Roll out the small dough into a bun wrapper and wrap it with peanut and sesame filling. After wrapping the buns, place them on a steamer covered with drawers. There must be a gap between the steamed buns, because the steamed buns will become larger.
