Add two spoons of fried onion and ginger oil in advance.Add appropriate amount of water. Stir in one direction. Marinate for 15 minutes. Wash the coriander, drain and chop. Then directly mix the minced parsley with the marinated meat filling. Stir well to make the pork filling with parsley.

Take out the fermented dough and knead it into strips. Then divide into the same small dough. Press the dough into thin dumpling skin with thin edges and a slightly thicker center. Put a proper amount of filling in the dumpling skin.

Put the right amount of water in the pot. After boiling, add the prepared dumplings. Stir along the side of the pan with a spoon to turn the water up to prevent sticking between the dumplings.After boiling, add cold water. Repeat twice until the dumplings swell.
