Nut Rose Moon Cake

Making rose moon cakes is purely my own personal creativity, because I usually like to eat sweet and sour rose hips, so I wondered whether I can use this rose hips to make moon cakes. After my own experimental efforts, haha, rose moon cakes are freshly baked Now, it tastes really good, sweet and sour, not as sweet and greasy as usual moon cakes, and topped with nuts, the sweet and sour flavor is wrapped around it, haha, really delicious.Moon cake is a high-sugar and high-oil delicacy. In order to make it healthier, olive oil is used instead of ordinary vegetable oil. Sugar is not used in the filling, and all are replaced with honey.

How to make nut rose moon cake

  1. The method of filling:Ingredients: peeled cooked peanuts, cooked white sesame seeds, cooked walnuts and dried rose hips total 230g, honey 60g, sugar rose 50g, cooked glutinous rice flour 120-140g, olive oil 35g, cold water 30-50g ( Can be adjusted according to soft and hard)
