The cake was made entirely to consume the family’s mooncake powder and brown sugar. A long time ago, I won two packets of moon cake powder, but now it is out of the moon cake season, plus my family are not fond of eating moon cakes, thinking about how to consume it. Since it is baked white, I wonder if mooncake flour can be used instead of low powder. Looking at the ingredients list, the parameters are not much different from the low powder. So he began to experiment. Think of the cake recipe is mostly white sugar and brown sugar with beneficial qi blood, spleen warm stomach, slow pain, activating blood stasis effect. I just wanted to try it out and see if I could replace white sugar with brown sugar. The result is satisfactory.
