Guangdong Dumpling also known as shaomai, xiao mi. Is to describe the top of the bouffant folded flower shape, is a hot skin wrapped on the cage steamed snacks. Shape such as pomegranate, white crystal, filling more than skin, fragrance and delicious. In this recipe, I added carrots and corn, which are not only more beautiful, but also more nutritious.  It tastes fresh and refreshing.

How To Make The Guangdong  Dumpling
