Put butter in the pan. Use a small fire to melt it.Put the carrots first and stir for a while, so that the carrots are fully covered with fat. Move the carrot aside. Add the pork filling and stir fry together until the meat is cooked. Then add pleurotus eryngii and stir-fry until tender.

Add the onion and stir fry for another minute. Then pour ketchup.Stir well and add soy sauce, oyster sauce and salt.Pour the noodles into drained water. After stir-frying, add shallots and basil.
