I once experienced the life of a herdsman in the grasslands of Inner Mongolia. I drank the Mongolian Kumiss and ate hand-held meat. If you have the chance to go there, these two kinds of food must be tried. After the trip, I had deeper feelings for dairy and meat products, but what impressed me most at that time was the beef jerky made by the herders themselves.
That jerky smells great! The rich meat flavor, like a ride on a salty motorcycle, rushed through my mouth with reckless abandon. Each chew brings a strong feeling of happiness. So I left some for the children at home as a small snack.
The kids love the beef jerky. After eating it up, I started to figure out how to make delicious beef jerky at home. Because the beef jerky bought online or in supermarkets always does not have the same taste as before! And I am particularly worried that the food in the snack shop outside is not hygienic and there are too many additives.
A few days ago, I just received a box of Baimenduo curry, so I went to the supermarket and bought 500 grams of beef tenderloin to make curry beef jerky. Surprisingly, the taste is very good. Poor me, I had just one little corner and the kids took it! So I have simply made a large jar of curry beef jerky, this way I can eat it whenever I want. The focus is on being able to gorge on meat, which is indeed a very enjoyable thing to do! We also have other beef recipe, maybe you can try our beef tendon recipe.

Different parts of beef have different textures and tastes, generally speaking, the part with the tougher meat includes tenderloin, thigh meat, scapular meat, etc. If you want to make beef jerky, you can choose these tougher parts of the meat. Because these parts of the meat are fibrous and coarse, they taste better and are more suitable for making snacks or dry food. Of course, you can choose different parts according to your taste and preference.
