It’s in chicken wings! The chicken wings are tender in the skin, and can relieve gluttons, and there is no need to worry about growing too much meat. In fact, it’s not long to eat. After eating, go out and run for two laps.Isn’t it all right?I am most afraid that someone will leave a message after reading the perfect food post, I want to lose weight! What’s the reduction! Eat well, sleep well, exercise well, health is better than anything else!Talk back!I usually do a lot of chicken wings, steamed, grilled, fried, fried, and most are stewed. Because the stew method uses less oil, the taste is more mellow. Use rice wine or cooking wine when stewing meat.I will change it today. I usually like to drink two sips of red wine, sometimes I forget to drink it after opening it. Over time, if the red wine is not well preserved, it loses its aroma and affects the taste. So I often use them to stew meat. The beef that I stewed with red wine last time was rotten, and it did not taste the same as stewed with rice wine, especially the soup, which was delicious. Both husband and son like to eat.So this time I used red wine stewed chicken wings. The chicken wings are tender and easy to cook. They are cooked after only 15 minutes of simmering. The skin is soft and the meat is tender, especially delicious. My husband came back late and wanted to keep them for him, but I didn’t expect it. The texture and taste of this red wine chicken wings is really great. There are only 10 chicken wings in total. My son and I ate them all! Fortunately, I still have beef stew today, so my husband who has worked hard all day still has meat! Haha, you can rest assured when you see it here!
