    Thank you for sharing this recipe! Can you use roasted chestnuts instead of raw chestnuts?

      Hi, Helna.The roasted chestnuts are not right choic for the recipe because somthsing after roasted wiil full of the scorched flavor.Why we use row chestnuts is that we want to get the orignal flavor from chest nuts.Hope you can have a try about it.If you still have other problem, let me know.
