It is diffcult for me to write the appropriate amount of water and oil becuase it have something effect the useage like the size of tomato or carrot. You can add less water at first. Then stir it and add less water until it like the status in our recipe. For the oil, add 1 tablespoon at first, it will gradually decrease when you fry the omelet. Then add another 1 tablespoon when you see that it is not engough to fry another omelet.
