The Sweet Osmanthus and Red Dates soup with Tremella

The sweet osmanthus and red dates soup with tremella is a kind of delicious food made of tremella, red dates, rock sugar, lotus seeds and dried osmanthus.

How To Make The Sweet Osmanthus and Red Dates soup with Tremella

Step 1

Soak two or three Tremella in warm water (about two hours), wash them, remove the stems and tear them into small ones

Step 2

About ten red dates, wash them, put them into the electric stew pot together with the processed tremella, add water, choose the quick stew file, it will be good in three hours

Step 3

After stewing, add the rock sugar, lotus seeds or other things as you like. Sprinkle a little osmanthus on it when eating.
