How to make stewed chicken with tea tree mushroom?
Step 1
Wash half of chicken clean and chop into small pieces.
Step 2
Bring to a boil with cold water and cooking wine, and boil for five minutes to remove the blood foam.
Step 3
Add chives, cooking wine and ginger to cook for an hour.
Step 4
When the house is full of the fragrance of chicken soup, add tea tree mushroom and simmer for about 20 minutes.
