The Watercress and Fish Soup

The watercress and fish soup is a delicacy made of watercress, raw fish, pig spine, etc. It is suitable for most people to drink, especially in the dry season, with more protein, rich nutrition, combined with a nourishing soup.

How To Make The Watercress and Fish Soup

Step 1

Wash the watercress with water, remove scales and gills of raw fish and internal organs of the fish, rinse the pig spine with water, and soak the orange peel with water to remove the white flesh.

Step 2

Boil the raw fish, pig’s spine and tangerine peel with water and fire. Remove the froth and turn the fire to boil for half an hour.Then add in the watercress and bring to a boil, then turn the heat to a low heat and continue to boil for 40 minutes to an hour.Finally, salt seasoning can be used.
