The Stir-Fried Sliced Black Goat Meat

The stir-fried sliced black goat meat is a traditional characteristic dish in Changsha, Hunan Province.

How To Make The Stir-Fried Sliced Black Goat Meat

Step 1

Cut the mutton into thin slices, put salt,MSG, cooking wine, tender meat powder and water starch on the meat, put them into 80% hot oil pot until cooked, pour in the leaky spoon to drain the oil

Step 2

Leave a little oil in the pot, put in the chopped ginger, garlic, red pepper circles and stir fry, put some salt, MSG, chili sauce, stir fry well with soy sauce, then put in mutton and stir fry together, add the water starch, drench with red oil and sesame oil, put it into the plate with coriander.
