The Oxtail and Lotus Root Soup with Bean

The oxtail and lotus root soup with bean has the functions of Invigorating Qi, nourishing blood and strengthening muscles and bones. Modern nutrition also believes that it is rich in protein, energy, phosphorus, calcium, iron, fat and vitamins.

How To Make The Oxtail and Lotus Root Soup with Bean

Step 1

Wash the materials, cut the lotus root vertically into thick sections for use.

Step 2

Put the oxtail into the pot with cold water. After boiling, remove the floating foam and keep the original soup. Add other materials except salt and boil again. Then simmer for about 4 hours until the meat is crispy and seasoned with salt.
