The Ginger Soup with Brown Sugar

The ginger soup with brown sugar is a very healthy soup made of ginger and brown sugar. It is very suitable for people with deficiency cold of constitution, deficiency cold of spleen and stomach, or superficial disease of wind cold. In addition,it is also suitable for most women to drink. Brown sugar can promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis. Ginger soup can warm the skin and sweat. How To Make The Ginger Soup with Brown Sugar

Step 1

Wash the ginger with water, cut into slices, put in the blender to make the ginger juice

Step 2

Add the brown sugar to the ginger juice, pour in some water and boil it

Step 3

After boiling the ginger juice and sugar water, sift and remove the ginger slices

Step 4
