The Fried Cat Ears

It’s my first time to make my own snack which is fried cat’s ears at home. Although it’s not very good, it’s clean and tastes good.

How To Make The Fried Cat Ears

Step 1

Prepare the ingredients: 300g flour, 2 eggs, 50g soft white sugar, 2 spoons cocoa powder

Step 2

Take 150g flour and put it into a large basin, put in eggs and 50g soft white sugar

Step 3

Add 2 tbsp oil

Step 4

Add some water

Step 5

Knead into a dough, ready to use.

Then, put another 150 grams of flour into another large basin, put 2 spoonfuls of cocoa powder, put in eggs, put in another 50 grams of soft white sugar

Add in some water

And into cocoa powder and knead into a dough.

Then, sprinkle some dry flour on the silica gel pad, put the dough on the silica gel pad, roll it with a rolling pin (try to roll it thinly) and put it aside for use.

Roll it up, wrap it in a food bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
