The Fish Tail and Tofu Soup with Tomato

The fish tail and tofu soup with tomato is a kind of home soup rich in protein and it is easy to make.

How To Make The Fish Tail and Tofu Soup with Tomato

Step 1

Peel and slice the ginger (about 5-7 pieces) and wash fish tail for use. Wash tomatoes and cut into pieces. Cut tofu into tubes for use.

Step 2

Fish tail and 3, 4 pieces of ginger, add a little cooking wine and fry 2 sides of the fish in the pan to remove the fishy smell.

Step 3

Put the fish tail and 3 or 4 pieces of ginger into the clay pot, add some water and boil over high heat, change to medium heat and cook for 30 minutes, add tomato and cook for 10-20 minutes, then add tofu and cook for 3-5 minutes and add some salt to taste.
