The Dried Orange Sweet Potato

The dried orange sweet potato is a kind of snack I like.

How To Make The Dried Orange Sweet Potato

Step 1

Peel the sweet potato, steam it in the pan and take it out to cool it

Step 2

Put the sweet potato in the blender and mash it

Step 3

Put the tangerine peel (it’s made by my family. My father loves to do everything by himself these days. That id why I get fat!) Chop and mix

Step 4

Add some sugar (can be added or not, depending on the sweetness of your sweet potato and your own taste)

Step 5

Use the mold to press out the shape one by one and then demould (my father uses my omelette, I don’t know how he found it)

Step 6

Put it on the bamboo flat, sprinkle some sesame seeds on it, and then put it in the sun until it is dry.
