The Dried Cabbage and Pork Bone Soup

The dried cabbage and pork bone soup is a traditional delicacy in south area of China. Dried cabbage is made by drying, steaming, and then drying. It is slightly cold in nature and sweet in taste. It has the functions of nourishing yin and moistening dryness, resolving phlegm and relieving cough, detoxifying and benefiting water, etc. Pig bone also has the function of calcium supplement. It has high nutritional value to boil soup together. It not only tastes delicious, but also keeps healthy.

How To Make The Dried Cabbage and Pork Bone Soup

Step 1

Wash and cut the dried cabbage into small pieces.
