Firstly, we should wash 250g of seafood mushrooms for this food. Before washing it, we should cut the head of the seafood mushroom and then cut it into two pieces. Then use the water to wash it twice. Then drain and save it for later.

Second, we should wash 150g pork loin with some water. If you like to eat pork, you can add more. Then we cut it into small pieces.

Next, we should marinate pork loin. Add 1 teaspoon corn starch, 1 teaspoon light soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon cooking wine into the pork loin. Then grab them well with our hands and then marinate them for 10 minutes.

Step 4: Prepare Other Ingredients

Next, we should prepare other ingredients for this food. Firstly, we need to prepare 3 slices of ginger for this food and save them for later. Then finely mince 2 cloves of garlic, save them for later. After that, cut 1 green pepper into small pieces. Then save them for later.

Now we should fry the pork loin. Use the big fire to heat the pan. Then add 1 teaspoon peanut oil, ginger into the pan. Stir-fry it few times. Then add the pork loin into the pan. Stir-fry until the pork loin turns white. It will take about 3 minutes. Then save it for later.

Then add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon light soy sauce into the pan. Stir-fry a few times.
